Results and assumptions

Results depend on the values, rate profile and assumptions you select. Tax tools state their applicable year and support selected standard cases. They do not cover every relief, exemption, ownership structure or individual circumstance. Historical profiles are labelled and must not be treated as current statutory rules.

Confirm material tax decisions with an Irish tax professional and the cited official sources. Mortgage figures do not constitute an offer or approval. Material quantities require product specifications and site measurements. BMI is general adult screening information and does not diagnose health or determine treatment.

Using the service

You may use and share links to the tools for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not interfere with the service, misrepresent its results or present estimates as guaranteed outcomes. Third-party sites and advertising have their own terms.

Availability and corrections

The operator may correct calculations, change tools or discontinue the service. Report an error through the contact page, including the tool and non-sensitive example values. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
